Warranty Terms.
1. Warranty Coverage:
ZENO products come with a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or damage to the product under normal usage.
2. Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover issues caused by the customer’s device. For example, if your mobile device does not support fast charging, this does not qualify for a replacement.
- The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or tampering of the product.
- Accessories such as cables, adapters, and bundles are only eligible for replacement if the product is defective or non-functional due to manufacturing faults.
3. Replacement Process:
- Replacement is only valid for products that are defective or malfunctioning due to manufacturing faults.
- Delivery charges for sending the product for replacement must be borne by the customer.
- Customers must record a detailed video demonstrating the issue and send it via WhatsApp to our customer care team.
- Upon review, ZENO customer care will respond within 24 hours with instructions for replacement.
4. Important Notes:
- Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
- Any product returned without a valid video demonstration or without following the replacement procedure may not be accepted.
- ZENO reserves the right to verify the defect before issuing a replacement.
- This warranty does not cover cosmetic damages such as scratches, stains, or wear and tear due to regular usage.
