Agreement to Terms

By accessing Zenotech.pk and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase from us.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Zenotech.pk.

Who Can Use Zeno Tech

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must place the order on your behalf.
We sell only within Pakistan. Orders from outside Pakistan will not be accepted.

Products & Pricing

All products sold on Zenotech.pk are genuine Zeno Tech branded chargers, cables, and accessories unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes
  • Prices may change without notice, but your confirmed order price is locked at checkout
  • Product images are for reference actual product color may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer (example: max 10 units per person to prevent reseller hoarding during high demand)

Placing an Order

When you place an order on Zenotech.pk:

You confirm that all information (name, phone, address) is accurate
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
You agree to our refund and return policy
We will send you an order confirmation via email and SMS. If you don't receive it within 1 hour, contact us immediately.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is confirmed only after we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability
  • Cancel your order if payment fails or if we cannot verify your contact information
  • If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund if you already paid.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) pay when your order arrives
  • Jazz Cash and Easy Paisa mobile wallets
  • Bank transfer (account details provided after order confirmation)
  • Credit/Debit card payments via secure payment gateway
  • For COD orders, please have exact change ready for the delivery rider. Riders may not carry large amounts of change.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all major cities in Pakistan via TCS, Leopards, and M&P couriers. Delivery timelines:

  • Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2-4 business days
  • Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad and other areas: 3-5 business days
  • Also Other cities and remote areas: 5-7 business days

Free shipping on orders for limited time. Delivery timelines start after order confirmation, not from the day you placed the order. Public holidays and extreme weather may cause delays.

Product Warranty

All Zeno Tech products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage from drops, water, or misuse
  • Damage caused by using the product with incompatible devices
  • Normal wear and tear

To claim warranty, contact us with your order number and photos of the defective product.

Limitation of Liability

Zeno Tech is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier companies, weather, or public holidays
  • Damage to your phone or device caused by third-party chargers (we only warranty Zeno Tech products)
  • Incorrect orders placed due to user error (wrong address, wrong product selected)
  • Indirect damages such as lost business revenue or data loss

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Intellectual Property

All content on Zeno Tech.pk product descriptions, images, logos, and website design is owned by Zeno Tech and protected under Pakistani copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from Zenotech.pk for commercial purposes without written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Zenotech.pk if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • You abuse customer support or engage in harassment

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of Zenotech.pk means you accept the updated terms.
Major changes will be announced on our homepage or via email.
